Who we are
ANIRBAN Survivor Voice Foundation is a registered non-profit providing advocacy, legal aid and counselling led by survivors.
Use of services
Our services are intended to support survivors and allies acting in good faith. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false reports, or harass our staff and community.
Reporting
Reports submitted through the site are reviewed by trained counsellors. We aim to respond within 24 hours but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. In emergencies, please call your local helpline.
Donations & funds
Donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Funds are used for programs, helplines and operations as outlined in our annual report.
Intellectual property
All content, logos and survivor stories on this site are the property of ANIRBAN or our contributors. Stories may not be republished without explicit consent.
Limitation of liability
ANIRBAN provides support to the best of our ability but is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
